Nota-MD Account Deletion

Nota-MD is a communication platform developed and operated by TCE Group.
If you wish to permanently delete your Nota-MD account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your Nota-MD account by sending an email. Please follow these steps:

• Email Request: Send an email from your registered email address to info@tcegroup.com and use “Nota-MD Account Deletion Request” as the subject line. In your message, clearly state that you would like to delete your Nota-MD account.

• Optional Information (Recommended): To help us process your request faster, you may include your full name and the email address associated with your account.

• Verification and Security: For your privacy and security, we may verify your identity before processing your request.
  Please ensure you are contacting us from your registered email address.
• Processing Time: Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 72 hours of successful verification.
• Confirmation: Once your account has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email.

Important Notice

By submitting an account deletion request, you acknowledge that:
All your data associated with your Nota-MD account will be permanently deleted.
This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
